Who’s ready for a Cin reunion? How will Jabi use a secret to their advantage? Could Eric throw a wrench in Nicole’s revenge plans against Sami? There is nothing Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans love more than to speculate on storylines! As such, below are some DOOL plotline predictions for July 2021.

13. Catching Some Feelings

Ciara will return in July and from the looks of it, there’s some chemistry between Cin, even though Mrs. Weston has only one mission in mind. She’s come back to Salem because she wants divorce papers signed; however, as Ben won’t sign off on those just yet, will she catch some feelings in the meantime?

12. She And Theo Are Through

While she will be back in town to get a divorce, she’ll have a secret, too. She followed Theo to Africa so that she could give their relationship a second chance, but it’ll turn out that they fizzled fast. She could also keep under wraps “dreams” that she’s having with a faceless man, which are probably memories of her and Ben. Ciara will not share these things with Weston for two reasons: firstly, because she’s stubborn and hates to admit she’s wrong; secondly, because she is so unsure of her feelings.

11. Falling In Love For The Second Time

Sounds like Ben could have Ciara falling in love with him again, meaning new banter between the two, new adventures, and new shenanigans. They’ll have DOOL fans on the edge of their seats waiting for that second “first kiss” to happen in July. Ciara will try to resist her feelings but, at some point near the end of the month, she’ll throw caution to the wind.

10. Disaster Strikes

There’s an odd sequence in the Days summer preview video, in which a lantern could catch on fire and cause a disaster. Could Ciara get caught in a house/cabin that is on fire, only for Ben to risk everything to save her? Then there’s the idea that Weston is caught in the fire, and Ciara’s instincts go into overdrive, and she helps him. She may not realize why she’s risking her life to do this. It could spark her to remember something about their romance.

9. Jabi Blackmails Sami

Jake and Gabi are set to learn about Samantha DiMera’s affair with Lucas. What will they do with this tidbit of information? There’s a good chance they’ll use it against her (obviously), but how will this help them in their plan to lead DiMera Enterprises. They may get her to try and convince E.J. to back off. Will Sami be successful in keeping Jake’s job secure?

8. Nicole Launches A Revenge Plan

Once Nicole inches closer to the truth about Sami, she’ll also try to think of a revenge plan to get back at her. With that said, Eric is set to return to the little town soon. What if he comes back at the same time Walker is set to unleash her fury!? Could she retract any thoughts of revenge and focus on her husband?

7. Trouble In Paradise

After the initial “welcome home” love-fest between Eric and Nicole, the couple will start to weaken. They haven’t been together in months, and there’s a good chance Mr. Brady has some secrets of his own from Africa. While Rafe, and the rest of Salem, will think these newlyweds are making up for lost time, it’ll be “trouble in paradise” for Mr. and Mrs. Brady.

6. Rafe and Ava Will Lose Steam

There’s a good possibility that Rafe and Ava will lose some steam in the romance department. Hernandez is more preoccupied with Nicole at this point. They won’t break up, but Vitali will be in tune with Rafe’s wandering eye. Knowing what she knows about Nicole’s recent activity, Ava will keep it buried to ensure that Walker stays with her hubby and Hernandez stays with her.

5. Brady’s Next Romance

Chloe’s got Brady and Philip’s attention; however, which of these two will win her heart? Philip seems to be inching closer to a major romance win. So, what will happen with Brady? Will he find a new love in Salem, or is he doomed to be single this month? Could Ava Vitali turn his head if she shakes herself free of Rafe at some point? With Eric back in town, could Brady jump ship to another love triangle that involves Nicole?

4. Abigail Returns

Nothing has been confirmed regarding an Abigail DiMera return, but her name was recently brought up. How sticky could things get if Abby came back to Salem? She has a history with E.J., as the two had an affair behind Sami’s back. There’s a good chance E.J. knows that Sami has been up to no good with Lucas. If he wanted to get back at his wife, he could use Abigail. Plus, Chad’s always been sensitive about the fact that Abby slept with his brother.

3. Abigail Could “Use” E.J.

Abby might still be bitter about Chad’s one-night stand with Gwen, and she has every right to feel this way. Perhaps, if she returns and has an affair with E.J., she too could exact some revenge on her hubby for his recent indiscretions. Even if these two don’t jump into bed together, Abby’s presence in the mansion would make things awkward — not only for E.J and Chad, but Sami as well.

2. Could Jabi Recruit Abby?

Abigail likes Jake (as a friend), and she and Gabi had gotten closer before she left town. Could Jabi recruit Abigail to their team? Abby might still have mixed emotions about E.J., and she might still be bitter towards Chad. The best revenge is hitting someone where it “hurts”, and these DiMera men are quite obsessed over their “daddy’s” business.

1. Xwen Bond Over Dr. Snyder

Gwen and Xander will get much closer in July. They may even end up kissing, or hitting the sheets. The fact that they share a secret will only bring them closer together. The difference between Xwen and Xarah is that Gwen and Xandy are cut from the same cloth. They can admit all the terrible things they’ve done in the past and the other won’t judge them one bit — because they’ve done just as bad!
