Will things continue to heat up between Chanel and Johnny? How will Allie react when she realizes who her BFF is dating? Will Nicole step back from Rafe, or shrug off Ava’s insecurities? So many questions for Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans, yet so few answers! As such, below are some DOOL plotline predictions for August 23rd to September 3rd, 2021.

12. Johnny and Chanel Hit It Off

These two will have their first date and likely hit it off! DOOL spoilers indicate that Paulina will crash their date at some point, which may place a damper on things. It’ll also create some awkwardness between the two; however, it won’t stop this romance train one bit!

11. … They’ll Really Hit It Off!

DOOL spoilers suggest things will get heated between Johnny and Chanel, which possibly means they’ll hit the sheets shortly after their date. The two have chemistry, but do they have the same chemistry that Chanel and Allie have? Will Chanel “think” of her BFF while she’s with Johnny? Will things get heated, only for Chanel to stop it all before they cross a line? If she’s thinking about Allie, this could happen. She might tell Johnny they should “slow” everything down.

As the week of August 23rd progresses, Days spoilers hint that Chanel will introduce her new boyfriend to Allie and Tripp. Allie will be completely caught off guard when she realizes that Chanel is into her twin. She will also likely be jealous. Allie may be able to hide her feelings behind what she says, but will she be able to hide facial expressions?

The Days weekly preview video reveals that Tripp will tell Allie he loves her, while Horton remains silent. She’ll likely sputter out the words eventually, but Tripp may take notice. He may also notice his girlfriend is seemingly jealous of the fact that Chanel and Johnny have hooked up. She should be happy, so he’ll wonder why she’s not.

8. Ava Manipulates Nicole

Across town, Ava will lose it this week when she catches Rafe and Nicole getting too close for comfort (again). She’ll accuse Hernandez of wanting to be with Walker, which will likely cause him to back into a corner. He does like Nicole “like that”, but he’ll deny, deny, deny. Vitali will also manipulate Nicole into backing off.

7. Nicole Backs Off

Nicole will take the bait. After everything she’s done as of late, cheating and ruining her marriage, the last thing she wants to be seen as is a home-wrecker. Ava may also manipulate Nicole into thinking that if she and Rafe break up, she’ll head back to the mob scene. She may even make it seem as if she’d end her life or something along those lines. Most fans want to see Rafe and Nicole together, but they’ll have to jump over this obstacle to be together first.

She may feel insulted that he would even think that she’d do something like this.

Jabi will be scheming to bring down Philip this coming week, and if he’s more preoccupied with Chloe and Brady, they could succeed in their plan. There’s no way that Kiriakis will see what is coming. Jabi will come together this week, and start to execute their plan over the next week. It won’t be long before these two try and knock him off his CEO spot.

New character alert! Days spoilers reveal that Calista Lockhart, Bonnie’s sister-in-law, is set to arrive in Salem on Friday, August 27th. Broadway star Cady Huffman has been cast in the role, and it seems as if Calista has some secrets about Bonnie. Will the wedding between Lockhart and Justin happen, or will Calista ruin things?

She may also love the idea of living the high life as a Kiriakis!

Beyond Salem is a spin-off series set to debut on Monday, September 6th on NBC’s online streaming service, Peacock. Days spoilers for the week of August 30th note that Jarlena will head off to a new adventure, while Anna will tell Roman that Carrie’s marriage is on the rocks. With Deidre Hall (Marlena) and Drake Hogestyn (John) cast in the spin-off, as well as Austin Peck (Austin) and Christie Clark (Carrie), could DOOL be setting up storylines for Beyond Salem? Looks like that could be the case!
