When celebrities pass away, many of us can’t help but go to their Twitter and Instagram accounts to see what was last on their minds. Sometimes, it can be quite surprising. We’ve already looked at celebs and their final tweets before their deaths, so now we’re going to look at celebrities and their final Instagram posts.

10. Jamie Sangouthai

Lamar Odom’s good friend Jamie Sangouthai died suddenly this summer from a flesh eating disease caused by using dirty needles. Prior to his death, he posted a picture on Instagram from all the way back in 1996. The photo was captioned, “Slam Magazine 1996,” and showed him with what looked like a basketball team.

9. Bobby Heyward

Lamar Odom’s friend Bobby Heyward also died suddenly this past summer, less than a week after Jamie Sangouthai. His last Instagram post was a tribute to Jamie with a photo of them with Lamar from 2007. “#RIP To my big brother Jamie who always brought light into any room he walked into and laughter as well at all times J you will always be missed. Family for life. #BandOfBrothers #tbt,” he wrote.

8. Diem Brown

Diem Brown died a year ago after a long battle with cancer. Her last post on Instagram was a reminder of that struggle. She posted a series of pictures of herself with the caption, “Need tons of prayers, advice, support & outreach. I’m not taking no for an answer. @alicialquarles will take medical advice. Contact her. We know there is hope and help. We need you.”

7. Ryan Knight

Before Real World star Ryan Knight died of an accidental drug overdose, he posted a tribute to Diem Brown on his Instagram account: “The life of the party even in 120 degree heat @diembrown.”

6. Joan Rivers

Joan Rivers died really suddenly in September 2014. Her last post on Instagram was about her podcast, In Bed with Joan, which was going to feature LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian. “There are two guests #InBedWithJoan this week! LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian! Watch on my website – JoanRivers.com #JoanRivers #LeAnnRimes #EddieCibrian,” she wrote.

5. Gia Allemand

Former Bachelor contestant Gia Allemand took her life in August 2013 after an argument with her boyfriend, NBA pro Ryan Anderson. Her final Instagram post was a picture with the caption, “Legend says, when you can’t sleep at night, it’s because you’re awake in someone else’s dream.”

4. Bobbi Kristina Brown

Bobbi Kristina died this past summer after spending several months in a coma. Her last Instagram post was of her with a family member. In the picture, she’s squinting her eyes and pursing her lips and the caption reads, “YAYYYY 🙂 finally my famBAM!!! @dmannnnnnn.”

3. Cathriona White

Jim Carrey’s on-again, off-again girlfriend Cathriona White reportedly committed suicide this past September. One of her last posts on Instagram was of a vase with some flowers with cryptic quote from a W.B. Yeats poem: “Faeries, come take me out of this dull world, For I would ride with you upon the wind, Run on the top of the dishevelled tide, And dance upon the mountains like a flame. W.B. 2. Robin Williams

Robin Williams – who committed suicide in August 2014 – posted a sweet throwback picture of himself with his daughter before his death. “#tbt and Happy Birthday to Ms. Zelda Rae Williams! Quarter of a century old today but always my baby girl. Happy Birthday @zeldawilliams Love you!”

1. Paul Walker

When Paul Walker died in a car crash two years ago, he was filming Furious 7. His last Instagram post was about the upcoming film: “The boys are back. Will you be ready? – #TeamPW #FastFridays #Fast7 #FF7.”
