Calling all Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans! As the summer heats up, so will the drama in Salem this week! Learn more about what will happen to Chad, Summer, Brady, Teresa, and of course little Tate, in the DOOL spoilers for the week of July 11th.

5. Chad Is Devastated

Andre makes up a story this week that Abigail is dead. The news will simply crush Chad. As Chad reels over this revelation, grandma Jenn worries about Thomas not receiving the care he needs with only one parent and a broken parent at that. Jennifer receives guidance from Doug and Julie, as she goes back and forth on this thought and then she decides to attempt gaining custody of Thomas. Chad’s not too happy about this and approaches Belle to represent him. However, it seems this battle for Thomas will not be as heated as one would expect. Chad is broken right now and he’ll quickly come to the realization that Jenn is correct and he cannot care for Thomas right now like the baby deserves.

4. Searching For Tate

Teresa and Brady launch a search for lil’ Tate and Teresa has a suspicion that Summer is behind all this. She’s right as Summer gives the child over to the person who has organized the kidnapping. Summer receives her payday, then tries to fly under the radar and disappear, although it seems she fails at this, as spoilers indicate that Brady and Teresa find her next week. Brady believes that Victor may know more about this entire situation and won’t let go until he gets all the answers he’s looking for.

3. Philip Turns To Chloe

Chloe is surprised this week when Philip gives her an offer she cannot refuse. He’s looking for artists for the record label and Chloe has ‘star’ written all over her. Chances are Chloe will accept the offer and stay in Salem for a bit and work on her career in music. Perhaps a new couple alert is in order?

2. Hope Learns The Truth

Hope finally learns that Aiden has been lying to her. While Aiden is arrested, this is not entirely the happy ending DOOL fans have been looking for. As the week progresses, Hope tries to save Rafe at a DiMera property that has been abandoned and gets caught in an explosion. Meanwhile, Kate and Deimos set the record ‘straight’ with the authorities.
