Katie Holmes – and her legs – look better than ever!
The former Dawson’s Creek star appeared at Z100’s Jingle Ball in New York City on Friday for the iHeart Radio’s annual music event, which benefited the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. Taking the stage to introduce singer Selena Gomez, Katie, 34, donned a short black mini skirt, studded neutral sweater and pointy black pumps. The ensemble is a perfect sexy-casual look for the holidays.
Check out the video to see her outfit and also her new haircut; her brown tresses, which now have a darker auburn tint to them, fall just below her shoulders in a wavy tousled style. Some are comparing the winter ‘do to the one Kate Middleton recently stepped out with. We’re used to seeing Katie with a longer, more unruly hairstyle – but she did have a bob back in 2010, so perhaps this is kind of a throwback for her.
For makeup, Katie showed off a glowing complexion and bold red lips – and the small cosmetic boost made a big difference! Last year, Katie said in an interview that makeup makes her feel “great” and “glamorous,” and that it’s a good way to cover up that she’s feeling tired sometimes. She learned makeup lessons from her mom, who advised her not to be afraid of cosmetics.
Katie has named Lauren Hutton, Sophia Loren and Beyonce as beauty icons – and we see her channeling them now!
