One of the most enjoyable things about being a celeb and entertainment focused entity is the ability to go toe to toe with other entities of the same nature. A Point/Counterpoint, if you will…

In the video below, you’re going to see remarkable transformation of Rachel Frederickson, the newest champion of The Biggest Loser. Rachel broke records on the show, dropping some 155 pounds, from 260 to 105. And what does she get for it? Well, $250,000… but additional criticism from blogs and tabloids that she is now too skinny.

You want the best opinion? You’re gonna get it right here at Fame10.

Did Rachel lose too much weight? Nope. Not even close. She looks amazing! Incredibly healthy. And there’s no getting around the fact that this woman is an athlete. She’s pure jock princess.

Organizations like E! have offered the following, “According to Weight Watchers, the healthy weight range for Rachel’s height is between 117 lbs. and 146.” Well, there we have it. The end-all, be-all of health and weight: Weight Watchers. C’mon, people!? Weight Watchers? According to weight watchers, I’m overweight for my height, and I have less than seven percent body fat. Seriously, E!, stick to covering red carpets. And Entertainment Weekly saying she looked “skinny-skinny” even by Hollywood standards? Get bent, EW. Wrong again.

Rachel Frederickson is 5’4″ and weighs 105. That is petite, yes, but skinny? Did you look at her? Look at her, people. She’s not skinny. She’s lean. She’s thin. But a waif? Skinny by Hollywood standards? What does that even mean? Rachel has exceptional definition in her arms. Not little sticks. And her legs? Goodness!? What a little athletic powerhouse.
